Who Can Participate

Funded real-account clients and IBs may participate. Supported account types: Standard, Cent, ECN, Swap-Free. PAMM accounts are excluded.

Valid Lots

Only Forex, Gold, Crude Oil, and Natural Gas count. Each trade must be held for at least 180 seconds to qualify as a valid lot.

Lifetime Accumulation · Never Expires

Points accumulate over the lifetime of your account and never expire. Reach a tier threshold and upgrade instantly that month — no year-end wait.

Annual Maintenance

Jan 1 – Dec 31 each year: meet the required lot volume for your tier. Falling short results in a one-tier downgrade on January 1 of the following year, with no grace period.

Redemption Timelines

Cash: credited instantly to your trading account. Physical gifts: delivered within 14–21 business days. Digital vouchers: issued within 7–14 business days.

Prohibited Conduct

Scalping, hedging, high-frequency arbitrage, wash trading, and similar practices will result in points forfeiture and disqualification. All trades must carry genuine market risk exposure.

Do points expire?

Points are permanent and carry no expiry risk. The company reserves the right to introduce an expiry policy with 30 days' written notice in advance; any previously accumulated points will be granted a transition period of at least 12 months.

Is tier upgrade settled monthly or instant?

Tier upgrades are instant the moment your cumulative points cross a threshold — your multiplier applies to the next valid lot. Downgrades, by contrast, are settled annually on January 1.

Which trades count as valid lots?

Forex, Gold, Crude Oil, and Natural Gas held for at least 180 seconds each. Indices, stocks, and crypto do not count toward points accrual.

What happens if I don't meet the annual lot requirement?

You'll be downgraded by one tier on January 1 of the following year. Accumulated points are not affected — only the active multiplier changes.

Can points be transferred or converted to cash?

Points are non-transferable between accounts. They can, however, be redeemed for cash rebates directly via the Rewards Hub at posted conversion rates.
